Vintage J-2088 Green Glass Oil Lamp with P&A Eagle Burner & Hobnail Shade (2 of 2)

Vintage J-2088 glass kerosene oil lamp featuring a rich green molded glass base, P&A Mfg. Co. Eagle burner, clear glass chimney, and rounded clear hobnail-style glass shade. The burner control is marked P&A Mfg. Co., Thomaston, Conn., Made in U.S.A., and the underside of the glass base is marked J-2088.

A handsome mid-century lighting and decor piece with classic hurricane-lamp styling. Vintage condition with expected surface wear and oxidation to the metal hardware and evidence of prior use to the wick. Glass appears free of major cracks or chips in the areas photographed. Lamp has not been represented as tested for operation.
